3 Miles West of I-95 or 1/4 Mile West of Florida's Turnpike on Sample Road.

Park Fee:
The park will be charging $1.50 admission per person at the gate, children under 5 free.

Over The Hill 5k
  • 1st Three Overall - Male / Female (40 & over)
  • 1st Three Grand Master - Male / Female (50 & over)
  • 1st Three Senior Grand Master -  Male / Female (60 & over)
  • 1st Three Golden Grand Master - Male / Female (70 & up)
  • 5 Year Age Groups from 40 to 80 and over. 1st Three in each Age Group.
The Young and The Restless 5k
  • 1st Three Overall - Male / Female (39 & under)
  • Three deep in the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-19, five year age groups from 20 to 39 and under.

Refreshments
A variety of food and drink will be available to all participants.

New Chrono Track Tag scoring system
Please keep the electronic tag on your race number until race morning.
At the race site please follow the directions that are on the Bib as to how to place this tag on your running shoe. The tag can be thrown out after the race.

Heat Warning
Temperatures / Humidity can be high in South Florida. Participants should drink plenty of fluids prior to and during this event. (Non-Alcoholic!)
