	Greater Fort Lauderdale Road Runners 14th Annual St. Paddy's 4 Miler


	2009 St. Paddy's 4 Miler Tradewinds Park, 3600 W. Sample Road Coconut Creek, FL 33073 March 14th, 2009 Directions: 3 miles West of I-95 or 1/4 mile West of Florida's Turnpike on Sample Road. The park will be charging $1.50 admission per person at the gate, children under 5 free.

Registration - Mail-in or Online
Mail in the application or register online. If you register by mail or on-line you can only pickup your packet on the day of the event. If you mail in your registration, register online, or register at one of the stores for this on or before March 7th, the correct T-shirt size is guaranteed. If you register anywhere after the 7th, correct size is not guaranteed.

Parents: please fill out a separate application for each Munchkin and sign the waiver.

T-Shirts
A commemorative T-shirt to the first 400 registered participants registered by March 7th. Anyone registered after that date not guaranteed correct size.

Three-For-The-Road Series

A separate Series Application will need to be completed if you want to be scored in the Series as well as separate registration to each of the three events. For information about the Series call 954-728-9351. The Series events are:

Chrono Track System
This system allows the runner to throw away the chip after the race. It is attached to the shoe like other systems. Instructions will be on the race number. Do not remove the chip until you are at the park the morning of the race.

Heat Warning
Temperatures and humidity can be high in South Florida. Drink plenty of fluids prior to and during this event. (Non-Alcoholic!)
