Join our running club for camaraderie, motivation, and training assistance whether you're training for a 5K, a marathon, or just running for fitness.
Catch us on a Thursday night for our weekly Fun Run as we run down scenic A1A in Fort Lauderdale. Feel the need for speed? You can find us on the track on Wednesdays. The weekends are made for long runs and races. Whatever your goal, we hope you'll join us.
